Carl Wappel plays bassoon in Solar Winds chamber music ensembles.

Carl Wappel, (bassoon), originally from East St. Louis, Missouri has been performing professionally for over 35 years and has taught at several major universities throughout the country. He received his doctorate from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
